| Interface Configuration

Port Configuration

– 164 –

Speed/Duplex – Allows you to manually set the port speed and

duplex mode. (i.e., with auto-negotiation disabled)

Flow Control – Allows automatic or manual selection of flow control.

MTU Size – The maximum transfer unit (MTU) allowed for layer 2

packets crossing a Gigabit or 10 Gigabit Ethernet port or trunk.

(Range: 1500-9216 bytes; Default: 1518 bytes)

To configure port connection parameters:

1.

Click Interface, Port, General.

2.

Select Configure by Port List from the Action List.

3.

Modify the required interface settings.

4.

Click Apply.

Use the Interface > Port > General (Configure by Port Range) page to

enable/disable an interface, set auto-negotiation and the interface

capabilities to advertise, or manually fix the speed, duplex mode, flow

control, or MTU size.
