Console#show

The command “show interfaces ?” will display the following information:

Console#show interfaces ?

brief brief interface description

counters Interface counters information

protocol-vlan Protocol-VLAN information

status Shows interface status

switchport Shows interface switchport information

transceiver Interface of transceiver information

Console#

Show commands which display more than one page of information (e.g.,

show running-config) pause and require you to press the [Space] bar to

continue displaying one more page, the [Enter] key to display one more

line, or the [a] key to display the rest of the information without stopping.

You can press any other key to terminate the display.

If you terminate a partial keyword with a question mark, alternatives that

match the initial letters are provided. (Remember not to leave a space

between the command and question mark.) For example “s?” shows all the

keywords starting with “s.”
