Subindex 3 - inhibit time
The inhibit time can only be changed if the PDO is not active (subindex 1, bit 31 = 1). The

entered value multiplied by 0.1 gives the inhibit time in [ms]. The calculated inhibit time is

always rounded down to a whole value.
Example:

Entered value: 26

Calculated time = 26 * 0.1 [ms] = 2.6 [ms]  inhibit time = 2 [ms}
