Error messages
CAN on board RPDO3: Telegram not received or faulty [0x00870002]
CAN on board RPDO4: Telegram not received or faulty [0x00870003]
CAN on board PDO manager: Configuration is faulty [0x00870008]
CAN on board SDO server: Faulty configuration [0x00880000]
CAN on board SDO client: Faulty configuration [0x00890000]

Cause Remedy
CAN on board: CAN-IN 3 error
• Incorrect PDO telegram length.
• Transmission error.
• PDO time monitoring has responded.
• Set the correct telegram length for the CAN master
(sender).
• Eliminate disturbances in the environment (e.g. EMC).
• Select a different monitoring time or switch off time
monitoring.

• Incorrect PDO telegram length.

• Invalid CAN settings according to DS301V402 in the
Engineer or PLC Designer.
• Mapping variables have incorrect CANopen indexes
according to DS405.
• Repeat download.
• Correct CAN settings in the project and regenerate
project.
