Cause

Remedy

Master current is in the impermissible range -4 ... +4 mA,

e.g. due to a cable break or a defective master current

value encoder.

• Only for parameterisation as master current input

(see

C00034

).

Remove open circuit.

Cause

Remedy

Communication between regenerative power supply

module and extension module is interrupted, e.g. due to

disturbances in the environment (EMC), defective

hardware, or loose contact.

• This monitoring function is intended for safe

communication via process data.

• Eliminate EMC disturbances.

• Switch off regenerative power supply module, insert

extension module correctly, and switch on the

regenerative power supply module again.

• Mains switching, or restart of regenerative power

supply module.

• Replace extension module/regenerative power

supply module.

• Please contact Lenze if the problem occurs again.

Cause

Remedy

It is not possible to establish communication between

the regenerative power supply module and the

extension module in the MXI1 module slot.

• Switch off regenerative power supply module, insert

extension module correctly in module slot MXI1, and

switch on the regenerative power supply module

again.

• If the problem occurs again, replace the extension

module.
