Exporting SAN reports

To export reports, complete the following steps.

1. Select Reports > View or click the View Report icon.

The View Reports dialog box displays.

2. Select the report you want to export in the All Reports list.

If you do not see the report you want to export, generate it first by following the instructions in

“Generating SAN reports”

on page 2056.

Director Utilization

Total Number of Ports

The total number of director ports.

Number of Ports connected

The number of connected ports on a director.

Number of Ports Free

The number of free ports on a director.

Number of Ports allocated

The number of allocated ports on a director.

Switch Utilization

Total Number of Ports

The total number of switch ports.

Number of Ports connected

The number of connected ports on a switch.

Number of Ports Free

The number of free ports on a switch.

Number of Ports allocated

The number of allocated ports on a switch.

Details table

IP Address

The IP address of the switch.

Switch Name

The name of the switch.

Domain/ Port #

The domain ID and port number of the switch.

Zone

Whether the zone is online or offline.

Connected Device

Details about the connected device.

Device Name

The name of the connected device.

Vendor

The manufacturer of the connected device.

Device Type

The device type of the connected device. For example, Initiator or Target.

Model

The model of the connected device.

PortWwn

The port world wide name of the connected device.

Port Name

The port name.

Port Speed (GBPS)

The port speed in gigabits per second.

Port Status

The port status. For example, Online, Offline, No light and so on.

Port State

The port state. For example, Online or Offline.

Port Type

The port type. For example, F-Port, L-Port, and so on.

Physical/Logical

Whether the switch is physical or logical.
