• Message ID — Displays the message ID of the event.
• Fabric Name — Displays the name of the fabric on which the event occurred.
• Port Name — Displays the name of the on which the event occurred.
Table functions
• Sort — Click a column head to sort the list. Click a column head again to reverse the sort
orders.
• Navigate through the table by using the following icons at the bottom of the table.
Reports
Reports are available from the Reports page. You must have the Reports privilege in the
Management application server to access reports. For more information about privileges, refer to
the Management application user manual or online help.
NOTE
If you do not have the Reports privilege, the Reports icon displays grayed out and you cannot access
the Reports page.
The Reports page enables you to configure reports, view generated reports, group reports,
schedule reports to be run at a specified time, and share reports with other users. The Reports
page defaults to the Reports tab that displays the generated reports.
The Management application only retains a maximum 10,000 reports. In addition, the
Management application only retains reports for a maximum of 2 years. Note that the
Management application purges reports nightly.
Icon Description
Number of Events — Select to determine how many events to display in
each page of the table. You can display 10, 15, or 50 events per page.
First page — Click to return to the first page in the report. Unavailable
when you are on the first page of the report.
Previous page — Click to return to the previous page in the report.
Unavailable when you are on the first page of the report.
Next page — Click to move to the next page in the report. Unavailable
when you are on the last page of the report.
Last page — Click to move to the last page in the report. Unavailable when
you are on the last page of the report.
