This parameter allows the user to view and set the status of the Time
Delay UnderVoltage setting for the IB1 contactor module. If it is
disabled then the TDUV feature for the IB1 contactor is disabled. If
it is enabled then the TDUV feature for the IB1 contactor is enabled.
