Application Programming Error – CRC
This is a Fault condition which indicates that the Application
Firmware being programmed into the internal Flash did not program
correctly. This error was detected by way of the CRC from the
programmed memory not corresponding to the CRC of the original
source file. The only functionality that the IntelliVAC Plus has is
that it will run the BootLoader firmware and send out the menu over
the RS485 link at a 9600 baud rate to a PC. Another attempt can
now be made to Flash the IntelliVAC Plus unit again.
The Plus status LED is pulsing Red with a pattern of 5 pulses.
RS485 Communications Fault (IB Fault)
This is a Fault condition which indicates that the one or more of the Basic
units connected, has an RS485 communications error. This may be the
Basic unit contained in the IntelliVAC Plus or one of the Basic units in an
IntelliVAC MC module. When this error occurs, proper operation of the
IntelliVAC Plus or IntelliVAC MC system is no longer possible.
The Plus status LED is pulsing Red with a pattern of 6 pulses.
IB1 Power Loss
This is a Fault condition which indicates that the Basic module,
within the IntelliVAC Plus, has lost its internal DC power. Because
of this, the Basic module is not operational so that contactor control
cannot be performed. The reason for the loss of the Basic module
power may be due to loss of the main input power or because of a
faulty internal power supply.
The Plus status LED is pulsing Red with a pattern of 7 pulses.
Coil Open
This is a Fault condition which indicates that there are one or more
open contactor coils. The fault monitors both the main coil(s) in an
electrically held contactor or the close and trip coils in a
mechanically latched contactor.
The Plus status LED is pulsing Red with a pattern of 8 pulses.
