This parameter allows the user to view and set the Jog Time for
contactor IB1. It indicates the amount of time that a contactor can be
Jogged (momentarily closed) for. This is only for Electrically Held
contactors and makes use of the Open command. See Temporary
Jog Function in Chapter 4 for a more detailed description of this
feature.
