This parameter allows the user to view the Drop Out Time Setting
set from the IB1 DIP switches. The Drop Out Time is initially set by
the IB1 DIP switches but can be over-ridden by Parameter #113 after
which time the original IB1 DIP switch settings will no longer be
used.
