This parameter allows the user to view the status of the Input Line
Undervoltage during a Close period fault from the IB5 module. If
the bit is ‘0’ then the warning is not present. If the bit is ‘1’ then the
warning is present. See Supply Voltage in Chapter 4 for a detailed
description of this warning.
