Enables authentication of MAC addresses on the selected wired port. Devices using this profile will
be able be to authenticate the MAC addresses of devices connecting to this GE interface

When enabled, this feature authenticates the source MAC address of a device, connecting to this
interface, with a RADIUS server. For more information on enabling this feature see,

mac-auth

.

To enable MAC address authentication on a device, execute the mac-auth command on the device
configuration mode.

Supported in the following platforms:

Wireless Controllers — Brocade Mobility RFS4000, Brocade Mobility RFS6000, Brocade
Mobility RFS7000
