Description
Computes the frequency and amplitude difference between the active marker and the delta (or
difference) marker.
If a delta marker is not displayed on the screen, M3 places one at the specified frequency or on
the right hand edge of the display. If an active marker is not displayed on the screen, M3 places
an active marker at the center of the screen.
