MTR-DCI drive shaft. The values are permanently set for each different internal
gearing (see rating plate on the MTR-DCI).

The feed constant specifies the distance (=feed) that the slide moves when the
drive shaft (spindle) of the linear axis performs one revolution (feed constant =
feed / spindle revolution).
