3.4 Serial interface
Serial interface for parameter assignment, commissioning
and diagnosis
Use the following cable exclusively for connecting a PC to the
MTR-DCI:
– Programming cable KDI-MC-M8-SUB-9-2.5
• If necessary, remove the protective cap from the serial
interface of the MTR-DCI.
• Connect the following terminals with the programming
cable:
– The connection socket on the MTR-DCI.
– A serial interface COMx on the diagnostic PC.
