Target Position Window

Description Tolerance window in increments [inc]
Amount by which the current position may deviate from the target position and
still be regarded as being within the target window. The width of the window is
twice the value transferred, with the target position in the centre of the window.
Value range: 0 ... +(2

Description Adjustment time in milliseconds [ms]
Once the actual position has been in the target position window this amount of
time, the bit “target reached” will be set in the status word (= motion com-

Default: 100 (0x64).
