PROFIBUS address of the DP master via which parameters
were assigned on the MTR-DCI and which has both read
and write access.

Describes the DP slave type
(for MTR-DCI = 0974h).

Specifies the length of the device-related diagnosis incl.
header.

With the MTR-DCI always 0xA0
(for “manufacturer-specific status”).
