6.6 Diagnosis via parameter channel
The Festo parameter channel or the parameter channel as per
PROFIdrive (see section 5.6) offers the following methods of
accessing diagnostic information (see PNU 201 to 205,
section B.1.8):
– Current device fault (see also faults and warnings,
section 6.3)
– Diagnostic memory (PNU 200, PNU 201, PNU 202)
– PROFIBUS diagnosis (PNU 206)
