Set the MP920 CPU Module, SVA-01 Module and I/O Module.
1. On the File Manager Window, double-click XY-TABLE, CPU1, Definition Folder, and
Module Definition in this order.
2. Click the OK button in the following message box.
The Module Definition Window will be displayed.
