Visio Web Access Services
Visio Web Access Services area fields:
• Visio Web Access Services trend graph—Shows changes of requests per second received by Visio
Web access services over the last 1 hour. Point to a spot on the curve to view the number of received
requests at the specific time point. To change the report period, click the Last 1 Hour icon
on the
upper right of the graph, and then select an icon from the list. Available options include Last 6
Hours
, Today , Yesterday , This Week , This Month , and This Year .
• Attribute/Value—Monitor index name and data that was obtained when APM last polled Office
SharePoint 2013.

Avg Request Process Time(ms)—Average duration for Visio Web access services to respond to
a request.
{
Requests Received Per Second—Number of requests received by Visio Web access services per
second.
{
Static Content Initial Transmission Time—Average duration for Visio Web access services to
send original HTML and Java scripts to the client.
{
History Record—Click the History Record icon to view the history trend graph of the
corresponding index. Point to a spot on the curve to view the monitor data at the specific time
point. Authorized users can view statistics over the last 1 hour, last 6 hours, today, yesterday, this
week, this month, and this year by clicking the corresponding icons on the upper right of the
graph.
Access Data Services
Access Data Services area fields:
• Access Data Services trend graph—Shows changes of Access data service statistics over the last 1
hour. Point to a spot on the curve to view the monitor data at the specific time point. To change the
report period, click the Last 1 Hour icon
on the upper right of the graph, and then select an icon
from the list. Available options include Last 6 Hours , Today , Yesterday , This Week ,
This Month , and This Year . Click the legend names to display or hide the corresponding
monitor indexes in the graph.
• Attribute/Value—Monitor index name and data that was obtained when APM last polled Office
SharePoint 2013.

Active Requests—Number of active requests that are being processed by Access data services.

Active Sessions—Number of active sessions for Access data services.

Avg Cache Data Get Time—Average duration for Access data services to search data in the
cache.

Avg Result Set Open Time—Average duration for Access data services to open the result set and
return the first data block.

Avg Session Time—Average session duration for Access data services at a sampling interval.
{
Avg Request Process Time—Average duration for Access data services to process a request at
a sampling interval.

Active Data Storage Requests—Number of active requests that are sent by Access data services
and are being processed by data storage.
{
Access Workload Availability—Percentage of logical server availability for Access workload.
{
Application Workload Availability—Percentage of logical server availability for application
workload.
