For information about the icons in the monitor report, see " 2 Quick start ." The following
information describes the fields in each area of the monitor report.
Monitor Information
The Monitor Information area layout is shown in Figure 541 .

Monitor Information area fields:
• Name—Application monitor name.
• Health Status—Health status of the XenServer server.
• IP Address—IP address of the XenServer server.
• Application Type—Type of the monitored application. It is always Citrix XenServer for a XenServer
application monitor.
• Last Polling Time—Time when APM last polled the XenServer server.
• Relationship—Click the Relationship icon to view dependencies between the XenServer server
and other applications in a dependency topology view. For more information about dependency
topologies, see "4 Topology and application group management."
• Top5 Unrecovered Alarm—Latest five unrecovered alarms on the XenServer server. This field does
not appear if no alarm is generated by the XenServer server.
Availability Today
The Availability Today area layout is shown in Figure 542 .
