Note
Motor unit MTR-DCI-62-...-G22 can generate up to 37 Nm
at a peak current of 20 A in the start-up phase.
•
Make sure by calculating the dynamic loading that
the maximum permitted shaft output torque of the gear
is not exceeded in the start-up phase (e.g. by reducing
the load).
Use the thread on the front of the gear (see Fig. 2/2) for fit-
ting the MTR-DCI to a mechanical drive device (machine
frame).
•
In order to minimize the shaft offset: Position the axis with
the aid of the centring diameter (D1 or D3 see Tab. 2/1)
relative to the rotary axis of the mechanism to be driven.
•
Fasten the motor unit with 4 screws and tighten the
4 screws with the specified tightening torque.
The motor unit MTR-DCI-32 has a total of 6 threads for differ-
ent motor mounting variants (axial, parallel). In each case
only 4 screws must be used.
