31. Select the appropriate status of the card from the drop-down list. The available statuses
are displayed in the following figure.

32. Select the PIN Code check box if you want the person to enter a PIN Code to get
access to the section.
33. Enter the PIN code in the adjacent box.
34. Select the Include Biometric Data check box if you want to use the Biometric check
for the person while providing access.
35. Click Save to Card List. The card ID is added to the list.

• If you click Save on Card, the information is saved on the card.
Note: Before saving the card, ensure that the card encoder is installed and attached to your
machine. Person and rule related data is written on card.
• If you click View Card History, the history of the card, to which person it was assigned earlier,
is displayed.
• You can click Print Card to print the card for the person. You can edit the card layout before
printing the card. For details, refer to 20.4 Add/Edit Card Layout .
In the More Authorizations area:
36. Select Submitted to Anti-Pass-Back check box to enable Anti-Pass-Back for the
person.
