Note: Print Card is only enabled if the visitor has not arrived. If the Visitor Status shows – Left,
then the Print Card is disabled.

15.2.4 Start a Visit
After you save the visit details in the Add Visit dialog box, the Start Visit button is enabled. Click
Start Visit to start the visit in the system. The details appear in the Visits List.
15.2.5 End a Visit
You can end a visit after the visit is concluded. To end a visit:
1. On the ACUS home page, click Office  Visits. The Visits List dialog box appears.
