2. Click Add. The Visitor Company dialog box appears.

3. Enter the company name in the Company Name field.
4. Enter the name of the contact person in the Contact Name field. You may click Contact
Name. The Full Name window appears. Enter the name and click OK. The name
appears in the contact name field.
5. Enter the address of the company in the Address 1 and Address 2 fields.
