Managing Cards

Each person is assigned an identification card to manage access in the building based on

identifying people who access the building. The card serves as identification for getting access in

the section. You can view the cards available in this list. Card status might be valid, deactivated,
invalid and so on. You cannot delete a card if it is assigned to a Person or Visitor. Once created,

the card remains in the system. You can assign the card to persons and visitors and configure the

status.

20.1 View Card List

To view card list:

1. On the ACUS home page, click Settings

→ People Related  Cards. The Cards

dialog box appears.

Or

• On the ACUS home page, click Security → Cards. The Cards dialog box appears.

Or

• On the ACUS home page, click Office → Cards. The Cards dialog box appears.
