3. Click Yes. The message appears, “Visitor deleted successfully”
15.6 Add Visitor Companies
When you add a new visitor, you need to specify the company or organization to which the visitor
belongs. You can add, edit, duplicate and delete a company name. The Company names appear
in the drop-down list when you add a visitor.
15.6.1 Search Company Names
To search for Company Names:
1. On the ACUS home page, click Office
→ Companies. The Visitor Companies dialog
box appears. The details such as the Company Name, Contact Person Name, Phone
Number and Email Address are displayed in the grid.
Or
• On the ACUS home page, click Settings → People Related → Visitor Companies. The
Company list dialog box appears.

2. Select the search category from the Search drop-down list and enter the search criteria
in the adjacent text box. For example, select company name and enter “A”
