3.3.1 View Visits List
You can view the visits list according to your criteria.
1. Click (Maximize) to maximize the window. The Visits List window appears.

2. Select the viewing criteria for the visit from the View drop-down list and click
(Search). For example, if you select Today’s Visits, all visits scheduled today appear.
The details such as Planned Start Date, Visitor Name, Company, Host, Meeting place,
Entry Point and Entry Point appear.
3. Click the <Visitor Name> link. The Visitor Details dialog box appears. The details
such as the visitor name, company name, phone number, Visit type and category and
whether this visitor will be a frequent visitor appear.
