Issue Temporary Card

You can issue temporary card to a Person from the Office dashboard in case a Person has

lost/forgotten the Card. To issue a card:

1. On

the

Office tab, click Tools

 Issue Temporary Card.

Or

2. Press

F11. The Issue Temporary Card dialog box appears.

Or

3. On

the

Office tab, click Issue Temporary Card.

4. In

the

To Whom would you like to Assign Temporary Card field, enter the name of

the person for whom you want to replace the card and click Get Card. The card ID
appears in the Card to be Replace area.

Note: Auto-complete is enabled for the To Whom would you like to Assign Temporary Card

field. ACUS searches for persons based on the alphabets you enter in the field.

5. Click the Card ID option button in the Card to be Replace area and the details such as

Type, ID, Layout, and Status are populated in the respective fields.

6. In

the

New Card Details area, enter the Card Type, and new Card ID.

7. Select the card layout from the Layout drop-down list.
