5. To search for a person who is currently inside this zone, enter the search criteria in the
Search field and click
(Search). The list of person names that are currently in this
zone appear.
6. To change the zone of the Person, select the check box against the person name and
click Change Person Zone. The Change Person Zone dialog box appears. The
Current Zone in which the person is available appears.

7. Select the new zone for the person from the New Zone drop-down list.
