1. On the Visitor Fixed Rule screen, click Add. The Add Visitor Fixed Rule dialog box
appears.

2. Enter the name of the rule in the Rule Name field.
Who this Rule Applies to – Here you will be able to define the rule based on Visit Categories,
Doors, Zones, Location and Filters.
3. In the Who this Rule Applies To tab, enter the search criteria in the Visit Categories
area, and click (Search). The categories matching the search criteria appear. For
details on Visit Category, refer to 24.10 Visit Categories .
4. Select the check boxes against the categories that you want to select and click to
move the selected categories in the adjacent field.
5. Click Can option button to ensure that the visitors in the selected categories can
access the section.
Or
6. Click Cannot option button if you do not want the visitors in the selected categories to
access the section.
