The Host Name, location and other details of the host are displayed.
Note: You may edit the host details using the following buttons:
Click (Host Information). The Edit Person dialog box appears. You can edit any details and
click Save.
Click (Host Calendar) to view the configured appointments from here.
Click (Call Host) to call the host.
Click (Send mail to Host) to compose an email to the host.
5. Click Close. You return to the Add Visit dialog box.
