8. Enter the meeting place where the visitor will meet the host in the Meeting Place field.

9. Select the type of the visit from the Visit Type drop-down list.

10. Select the visit category from the Visit Category drop-down list.

11. Select the entry point of the visitor from the Entry Point drop-down list.

12. Enter any additional comments in the Notes field.

13. Select the report template for the visit from the Visit Form Template drop-down list.

14. Select the Visitor Fixed Rule check box to assign rules to the visit.

15. Select the Visitor Host Rule check box to assign host rules.

In the Find Visitor area, you need to add the visitor names who will be a part of the visit.

To add a Visitor:

1. Enter the visitor name and select from the Visitor Name combo box. If you are entering

the already existing visitor, then the drop-down list displays the names of all the visitors
in the list. When you select the visitor, the Identification No, Card Number, Black
List, Status and Company Name details of the visitor appear.
