Note: Click the All Persons option button if you want to mark all persons in this section as

absent. Click

arrow button to move all the search results in the adjacent area. Click

to move the persons back.

5. Click

Mark Absentee option button to mark the selected persons absent.

6. Select

the

No Access check box if you want to deny access to those people for the

specified period.

7. Select the date and time from when you want to mark the person (s) absent in the

From and To fields.

8. Enter reason for absentee in the Reason field.

9. Click

Save. The message appears, “Person updated successfully” and the person is

marked absent.

Note: When the No Access check box is selected, the person does not get access at all,

regardless of any rules in the stipulated time.

To mark persons absent based on categories:

10. Click the Categories tab. The following figure appears.

11. Enter the search criteria in the Search field and click

(Search). The list of

categories matching the search criteria appear.
