2. In
the
Office Dashboard area, select the Display Host’s Picture in Person List check
box to display the photo of the person who has hosted the visit in the Host List in the
dashboard on the office tab.
3. Select
the
Display Person’s Picture in Person windows check box if you want the user to
view the person’s picture while adding a person in the office dashboard.
4. Select
the
Manage Picture for Visitors check box if you want the user to be able to add
picture (image) for the visitor.
5. Select
the
Auto Complete Names Every check box and enter the number of micro-
seconds. ACUS will take the number of micro seconds specified here to search through the
system. If you have entered 10 ms, then whenever you enter any search criteria, ACUS
displays search results as per the search criteria specified within 10 microseconds.
6. In
the
Automation Buttons area, the automations which can be executed from ACUS
appear.
7. Select the check boxes against the automations which you want to be available on the
Settings, Security and Office tabs.
8. In
the
Security Dashboard area, select the check boxes against High, Medium or Low as
per the priority of the alarm that you want to be displayed on the Security dashboard.
9. Click
Save. The message appears, “User Preference updated successfully”.

This displays the alarms which were not acknowledged and allows you to acknowledge them.
