4.1.5 View Audit Log
Audit trailing is used to maintain a record of the transactions performed by the ACUS user. The
details such as the user name, date and time when the transaction took place, the name of the
entity on which actions have been performed, action details, and previous and current state of the
entity appear.
To view audit trailing log:
1. Click Settings → View → Audit Log. The Audit Trailing dialog box appears.

2. To search an audit log, select the search category from the Search drop-down list.
3. Enter the search criteria in the adjacent text box and click (Search). The audit log
appears in the grid matching the search criteria.
4. To view the audit log for a specific period, select the start date from the Start Date field,
and enter the time in the adjacent field.
5. Select the end date from the End Date field, and enter the time in the adjacent field and
click (Search). The audit log appears in the grid matching the specified period.
6. Click View Details to view more details about the state and action. The details appear in
the following format.
