To search for black-listed visitors:
1. On the Visitor Black-List screen, select the search category from the Search drop-
down list and enter the criteria in the adjacent text box. For example, select Company
and enter “S&P International”.
2. Click (Search). The visitor names whose company name is “S&P International”
appear in the list.
3. Click Cancel to return to the home page.
15.5.1 Edit Blacklisted Visitors
To edit black-listed visitors:
1. On the ACUS home page, click Office → Visitors Black-List. The Visitors Black-List
window appears.
