In the Closure Status list, select Acknowledged and click Save. The alarm is acknowledged and
the user name (of the user who acknowledged the alarm/current logged on user) appears on the
Alarm Handling Dashboard in the Acknowledged By field. For more details, refer to
9.2 Alarm

4.1.21 Hard Close All Alarms
This option in the menu bar will close all alarms available in the section irrespective of their
status. To hard close all alarms, click Security
 Tools  Hard Close All Alarm.
