7. In
the
Visit Email Notification area, select the report template for Visits data from the
Visit Report Template drop-down list.
8. Select
the
Send a Email to Host when Visit Starts check box to notify the host about
the visit start.
9. Select
the
Subject line contains Visitor Name to include it in the subject line when an
email is sent to the host.
10. Select the Subject line contains Visitor Company to include it in subject line.
11. Apart from this, you may enter the subject line as per your requirement in the Subject
Line text box.
12. Click Save. The message appears, “General Configuration updated successfully.
Please re-login for the changes to take effect!”
17.5 PIN/Password Configuration
In the General Configuration screen, perform the following actions to change PIN or Password
settings:
1. Click
the
PIN/Password tab.

2. In
the
PIN Configuration area, select the PIN code length from the PIN Code Length
drop-down list. ACUS will allow a PIN code only of the selected digits.
3. In
the
Card Configuration area, select the card type from the Default Card Type
drop-down list. The list of available card types is illustrated in the following figure.
