Managing Visits

At any building, where the access control system has been implemented, apart from the regular

persons, there will be other people who will visit the building for various reasons. You can

manage access for such visitors in ACUS. Visit access management is done for visits and
visitors.

You can configure visits and apply settings. You can add a visit for a visitor who visits the

company and needs access to the building or a particular section. The visitor is a temporary one
and needs the access for a short period of time. In this case, the receptionist adds a visit in the

ACUS. As a receptionist you can assign a visitors card and the schedule of the visit, which will

allow the visitor the access to the predefined areas of the building.

You can terms certain visitors as black listed and manage them.

You may provide permission to Persons to manage their own visits and visitors. The employees

in the organization will use Access Control Worker Station (ACWS) to manage their own visitors.
