no key <keyid>

Function:

This command is for managing and adding keys in the key chain. The “no key <keyid>” command

deletes one key.

Parameter:

<keyid> is key ID, ranging between 0-2147483647.

Command Mode:

keychain Mode and keychain-key Mode

Usage Guide:

The command permits entering the keychain-key mode and set the passwords corresponding to the

keys.

Example:

Switch#config terminal

Switch(config)#key chain mychain

Switch(config-keychain)#key 1

Switch(config-keychain-key)#

Command:

key chain <name-of-chain>

no key chain < name-of-chain >

Function:

This command is for entering a keychain manage mode and configure a keychain. The “no key

chain < name-of-chain >” command deletes one keychain.

Parameter:

<name-of-chain> is the name string of the keychain the length of which is not specifically limited.

Command Mode:

Global Mode and Keychain Mode.

Example:

Switch#config terminal

Switch(config)#key chain mychain

Switch(config-keychain)#
