4.17 switchport
Use this command to configure a port to a bridge (layer 2) or routing (layer 3) mode.
Use the no form of this command to reset the mode to the appropriate default for the device.
Command Syntax
switchport
no switchport

Usage
When using this command to change the mode of a port, all bridge or routing configurations of this port
will be cleared.
Examples
This example shows how to configure a port to bridge mode.
