Reference Pulse Forms

Reference pulses are either sign + pulse train (sign) or CW/CCW. Either form outputs a 5-V
differential.

Sign Reference Pulses

The CW pulse is the reference pulse train.

The CCW pulse is the sign.

The Servomotor rotates in the forward direction when the CCW pulse is high and in the
reverse direction when the CCW pulse is low.

CW/CCW

The CW pulse is the reverse reference pulse for the Servomotor.

The CCW pulse is the forward reference pulse for the Servomotor.

CW/CCW output signal polarity can be reversed. The following table shows the reference
pulses.
