Manual Adjustment of Torque Reference Offset
Follow the procedure below to manually adjust the torque reference offset.
Using the Hand-held Digital Operator
1.
Press the DSPL/SET key to select the auxiliary function mode.
2.
Select the parameter Fn00B.
Press the Left Arrow or Right Arrow key to select the digit.
Press the Up Arrow or Down Arrow key to change the value.
3.
Press the DATA/ENTER key, and the display will be as shown below. The
manual adjustment mode for the torque reference offset will be entered.
4.
Turn ON the Servo ON (/S-ON) signal. The display will be as shown below.
5.
Press the Left Arrow or Right Arrow key to display the torque reference
offset amount.
6.
Press the Up Arrow or Down Arrow key to adjust the offset amount
(adjustment of torque reference offset).
7.
Press the Left Arrow or Right Arrow key, and the display will be as
shown above in step 4.
8.
Press the DATA/ENTER key to return to the auxiliary function mode display.
This completes the torque reference offset manual adjustment.
