Configure the specified port to enable or disable the function for sending TRAP message when LLDP-MED network
topology is changed.
Parameters:
enable: Enable LLDP-MED TRAP for the port
disable: Disable LLDP-MED TRAP for the port

Disable LLDP-MED TRAP.
