Enable the event debug of slaac type for SAVI, no command disables the event debug.
Parameter:
None.
Command Mode:
Admin Mode.

None.
Usage Guide:
After enable event debug, the relative event information of slaac type will be print for misarranging. The no command
disables this function.
Example:
Enable the event debug of slaac type.
