<ip_address> is the IP address, at the same field with interface address; <mac_address> is the MAC address;
ethernet stands for Ethernet port; <portName> for the name of layer2 port. The maximum of static number is
1000.
Default:
No static ARP entry is set by default.

Static ARP entries can be configured in the switch.
