Cause Remedy
A Encoder wiring incorrect or poor
connection
Check wiring and connectors at encoder.
B Noise in encoder wiring. Separate encoder wiring from main wiring
circuits.
C Encoder defective Replace servomotor.
D Circuit board (1PWB) defective Replace SERVOPACK.
