Click Disable all to disable all interfaces in the list from learning dynamic ARP entries.

is not allowed to learn dynamic ARP entries.

NOTE:
After you enable dynamic ARP learning on an interface as shown in
ARP entries that the interface can learn is restored to the default. By default, an interface can learn up to
4096 dynamic ARP entries.
